About the Position:

This position will be responsible for creating clear, detailed, and structured documents that outline the step-by-step processes for a business or organization. This position will work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry, regulatory standards, and internal procedures.

Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to collect necessary content for SOPs.
    • Develop and write standard operating procedures (SOPs) across various departments.
    • Edit and revise existing SOPs to improve clarity and comprehensiveness.
    • Ensure all SOP documentation adheres to company policies and compliance standards.
    • Deliver SOP content in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
    • Work with the training team to ensure SOPs are effectively communicated to staff.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills and experience in writing organizational standard operating procedures.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and documentation standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to manage large amounts of data and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

Human Resource Intern

Position: Human Resource Intern
Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Job Purpose:

The Human Resource Intern will be an integral part of the Human Resource Department.  They will be responsible for providing support in the  administrative, recruitment, and employee engagement tasks. 

 Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Posting jobs, screening applications, scheduling interviews, sending offer letters, preparing new hire paperwork, and coordinating orientation.
  • Employee Data & Records: Maintaining and updating HR Information Systems (HRIS)/or its equivalent, filing documents, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Administrative Support: Handling general office tasks, managing correspondence, assisting with payroll data, supporting HR projects, and supporting the Senior Management Team.
  • Employee Engagement: Helping plan and execute team-building, training sessions, and company events.
  • Policy & Compliance: Assisting with research on HR best practices, updating policies, and responding to basic employee queries. 
  • Training & Development: Assisting with the research of Training & Development opportunities, preparation and facilitation as may be required.
  • Performance Management: Helping ensure that Performance Evaluation Report (PER) templates are up to date and accessible.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in HRM or studying toward a degree in HRM or Completed Diploma in HRM.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Basic understanding of labor laws.
    • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Must have the ability to work as part of a team.
    • Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in a HR role would be an added advantage.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Comfortable with working in an environment that may present some acoustic challenges.

Inventory Clerk

Position: Inventory Clerk
Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Job Purpose:

To lead the stores & warehouse team, maintain Odoo system accuracy, coordinate manufacturing orders and internal transfers, and ensure smooth flow of materials and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Lead for Storekeeper, Finished Goods Controller, and Dispatch Coordinator.
  • Prepare and approve Manufacturing Orders (MOs) in Odoo.
  • Coordinate internal transfers between warehouses.
  • Receive signed stock movement documents and record all receipts/deliveries in Odoo.
  • Prepare and print delivery orders for invoicing and payment.
  • Raise purchase requisitions for warehouse consumables.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly stock and variance reports.
  • Reconcile physical and system stock in collaboration with the team.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse/inventory management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Odoo ERP or similar systems.
  • Strong leadership, reporting, and analytical skills.
KPIs:
  • System vs. physical stock variance ≤ 1%.
  • Timely preparation of MOs and internal transfers (100% within SLA).
  • Weekly & monthly reports delivered on time.
  • 100% compliance with audit/internal control requirements.
  • Team performance and adherence to workflows.

Experience:

    • Previous experience in a Stores role would be an added advantage.
Physical Requirements:
    • Comfortable with working in an environment that may present some acoustic challenges.
    • Ability to handle exposure to heavy lifting, prolonged standing and walking, repetitive motions and awkward postures, manual material handling volume.
